With long-established, strong relationships in the marine space, we executed global media relations for Burgess over a period of more than six years, driving press coverage of their fleet of superyachts available for sale and charter, and securing feature pieces on CEO Jonathan Beckett, among other executives.
Press coverage included television appearances for Beckett on CNBC, CNN and MSNBC as well as brand feature spreads in First Life (British Airways first class magazine), Robb Report, Luxury Magazine, The Peak, Town & Country, Elite Traveler and many others.
In addition, our experiential team developed, conceptualized, and executed multiple events on Burgess-managed superyachts during the U.S. boat shows. At each, Shamin invited and hosted guests who were introduced to Burgess – some of whom went on to become clients of the brokerage.
