Hong Kong-based Swire Properties engaged Shamin Abas to help market their newly completed ultra-luxury residential tower in the prestigious District 10 area of Singapore. 

Designed by acclaimed architect Thomas Heatherwick, the 22-story development featured full-floor apartments with plush balconies overflowing with greenery for those who seek and appreciate biophilic living.

Since the building was completed in December 2019, just before the pandemic, our media focus was narrowed to those markets that had access for entry to Singapore at the time, primarily across Southeastern Asia.  We were able to obtain considerable amounts of press in key outlets including South China Morning Post, Straits Times, The Peak, Prestige Singapore, Esquire Singapore and Robb Report Singapore. Departures called it, “one of the ten most stunning new buildings around the world.”  As a result, the entire building was sold to one buyer less than a year after we began work together.
